Finding direction

In times of high complexity, dynamaics, and uncertainty, corporate strategy gets an additional function: it needs to maintain a companies ability to act and to prevail under very different circumstances. As a result, analytical capabilities and speed need to be aligned with the ability to react swiftly. Orientation is being adjusted regularly, and sometimes on rather short notice. Consequently, the need for resources and competencies does change as well, and is more regularly of temporary nature.
